Stop simping over vegan celebrities. They aren't the role models the movement needs.
The real role models are the following:

1) The animals

Closely followed by
3) Sanctuary Owners and Volunteers
4) Activists

Felt rubbish this weekend, low energy and under the weather, BUT I still made it in the gym this morning and I'm starting to see some real progress and also feeling full of energy again.

It's amazing the way exercise clears my mind too

Feeling refreshed

Thanksgiving and Christmas are meant to represent peace and gratitude but how can this be possible with the way we torture animals?

If plant milks had always been the mainstream, and someone suggested we switch to cows milk, starting with artificial insemination, then calf separation, using excess vital resources (land/water), then kill the animals when they aren't productive, no-one would buy it. #ditchdairy
