Hacienda Uayamon, Campeche, Mexico 
Hacienda Uayamon was originally established as a cattle ranch in 1700. It later became one of the largest sisal plantations on the Yucatán Peninsula. More recently, it has been transformed into a luxury hotel that offers historic rooms and excellent cuisine.
