FOUR new deaths in ICE detention. That puts the total this year at 30 people dead; the highest in ICE's history and worse than even during the COVID years.
It's clear that the system is breaking down. Many of these are preventable deaths.

In the 90 minutes since I posted this, I've gotten two more death notifications.
ICE has a responsibility to take care of these people, something they are clearly disregarding. This is beyond horrifying. We must ensure dignity and humanity for detained people in this country.

Within 15 minutes today, I got two back-to-back notifications of deaths at ICE facilities.
28 people have died in ICE custody since Trump took office. These facilities are overcrowded & are putting their own profits over health and safety. We need oversight & accountability NOW.

Trump’s tone was angry. Some saw it as defensive. I see it differently. I see it as Trump thinking how dare people question me. Imagine the hubris needed to think people shouldn’t question his lies. You have to be pathological and you have to think everyone else is stupid.

Yep. The deplorable man we call president told us all lies. When Biden left office inflation was at 3% and it’s now worse. He told lies about tariffs. He said democrats want to increase healthcare. And on and on. The hubris of the man to think he can tell us anything & we’d believe it.

Yes but he can declare a state of emergency and attempt to extend his power, which is what the Supreme Court has been doing to executive powers. That’s what Steve Bannon has been predicting will happen.
There are elections even during war— nixon, bush, etc

My law firm has already filed to intervene to defend voters in 13 of the first 14 cases. We are working on the remains 5.
This is an insane effort by DOJ and we are a small firm. But we are committed to protecting free and fair elections in 2026.

DOJ has sued Maine, Oregon, California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington, Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and Vermont for access to its most sensitive voter data.

The media keeps asking how Trump can pardon drug kingpins while he blows supposed drug boats out of the water. Given what we know about the self-centered president, I would look for the receipts. I’ll bet he’s getting paid for many of these pardons.
