That's what I'm doing right now. So far, my success has been with custom alien animals. I just use a normal animal stat block, then add a twist. (Wolves can climb trees, rams that are a bit faster, rinos can shoot a Lazer beam, etc). And using alternative monsters, but the flavoring them also works

Now that Starfinder 2e is almost fully here (still need the Alien core to drop), I have a bit of a challenge for myself. How can I convert Starfinder 1e creatures to 2e? I ask because my whole campaign is made in 1e, and I want to play in the new system.

Finished reading Bram Stoker's Dracula this morning. Excellent book! I'm watching the 1992 movie adaptation now. I may post an opinion about it later. (Spoiler: it's not getting anything higher than a out of 10.)
