I feel like Microsoft pays these manufacturers to put Windows on it. Like what other reason would a company like GPD insist on using fucking Windows to this day when Linux has proven better for the overwhelming majority of PC gamers at this point.

To add to my recent #Linux adventure, I used an app called Lutris, which is normally meant to install and run games, to get Microsoft Office 2007 working. It went without any issues, and both Excel and Word work just fine.

My next goal is to get Adobe CS2 installed and running similarly.

The Windows 11 Media Creation Tool being broken had the potential to be mildly amusing if it hadn't been broken THE DAY BEFORE WINDOWS 10'S EOL.

I argue the Adventure games don't need remakes, they need actually faithful ports to the Dreamcast source material for modern consoles and PC: and we shouldn't have to mod the hell out of the half-baked Steam versions to make them look and play better.
