Basically a trophy of sorts, it was his dad's way of telling him he was finally a man for killing that bull that tormented him so much.

Oh there's a lore reason to that, when he was a boy he grew up on a farm with his family and part of his dad's way of making him tougher was to kill a bull on the farm that scared the hell out of him.

His dad then had the horns mounted to his car before passing it over to him before he passed away

My ghost girl Charmeine Harley's RX-7, before she was the friendly ghost we love her for being, she was a singer for a local music station before her car tragically swerved off a cliff into a river.

The car was never found and neither was she but she lives on peacefully in spirit.
