I write everything down, break it into tiny steps, tackle the important stuff first

turns out your brain is terrible at remembering priorities when slack notifications are going off every 5 seconds

paper (or notion) beats memory every time

the path most people miss:

learn to talk to machines
machines help you build systems
systems solve real problems
problems solved = value created
value created = money made

you don't need to be technical

you just need to be curious

Question⁉️:

Do you have a side hustle?

If you do: What is it? Do enjoy it?

If you don't: Why not? What's has been holding you back?

Big companies are too slow to catch trends—layers of red tape, decision by committee.
So they acquire the agile ones:

RXBar → $600M by Kellogg

Dollar Shave Club → $1B by Unilever

Poppi → $1.95B by PepsiCo

Modern startups win by moving fast, staying lean, and obsessing over product-market fit.

Perfection kills momentum. But "move fast and break things" isn't it either. Aim to move fast and build something solid enough to sell—like a food truck, not a rusty shed. You don’t need to be a 5-star restaurant to win customers. Find that sweet spot.

For years, I wore 12-hour days like a badge of honour. 5 to 6 days a week. Non-stop hustle. That “grindset” life.

But It broke me.

I’d get sick the moment I took a day off—like clockwork. Eventually, it landed me in the emergency room. No glory in that. No trophy. Just burnout.
