Finished this, my third Atkinson book this year. Just hugely enjoyable as always. I think she’s now one of my most read authors.

I think I’m (maybe) relaunching my small press in 2026. Considering putting out new issues of the lit mag, plus some standalone novelette releases. Offbeat, strange literary stories.

I’m writing a ‘fun’ murder mystery book. I’ve found it quite easy to make myself add words to it, which is good. Not sure I can actually write that sort of book, really, so I’ll see how it goes.

Worked on this for the second day in a row, I’m practically hitting Stephen King levels of productivity here.🤡

? Just make another film. It’s not one, ongoing series of linked movies, is it. Just start again with the next bloke.
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Not fussed about Disney pulling out of more Dr Who, I kinda wish RTD had too though. Or at least didn’t write the next finale, cos the last two have really soured the seasons they topped.

Just cut an entire perspective character from my tiny book and suddenly I think I’m nearly done with the first draft. Just needed to lose one voice.
