Yesterday I finally reached out to seek therapy. Earlier this week I had a panic attack, I also have been suffering from weird back pain and I am convinced it’s because my body has been holding on to stress. It’s ok to not be ok ♥️

I am a fiction reader. I’ve read 108 books so far this year. This non-fiction book is easily going to be in my Top 3 reads of the year. Absolutely incredible and the exact book I been looking for. This is must read. 10/10 recommend. Thank you @johnfugelsang.bsky.social #booksky
