Another week of exciting times, pushing myself and stepping out of my comfort zone to put myself in positions a few years ago I would have ran away from. Whatever happens I’m proud about how much I’ve grown over the last few years! London marathon training

Advocating today for being able to say when you are struggling mentally with life and I certainly have this week.

Went for a 10k run today around Amaterdam and it was beautiful and helped me clear away the thoughts in my brain.
