There should be no second degree anything when the perpetrator is a cop. Their training should automatically bump every crime they commit to first degree.
We allowed weaponized homophobia to be used against Trump and Putin, it’s only natural that libs would throw trans people under the bus to get one in at Megyn Kelly. And they probably feel real proud of themselves for doing it. And they’re the “good guys”
