when i injured my hand badly and couldn't work or draw people donated enough money to me that i could continue to pay my rent and buy food for 3 months while i recovered. will always be grateful for that

i do like comedy- sketch comedy, anyway, i hate standup- and i feel like a lot of it comes down to individual wording and delivery and personal quirks. and like, seeing a comedian's personal hangups and obsessions reoccur throughout their work. seems hard for ai to replicate.

this is basically what happened here with me, im still allowed to pick up shifts if they have an open slot for some reason but im not on the regular schedule. and there's less than a dozen open shifts a month and a bunch of ppl competing for them so functionally i don't have a job
