Pig Killer is an absolute mess, but it's an unintentionally hilarious one. The acting is atrocious and the plot is baffling. The only thing genuinely good is the soundtrack, which is fantastic. A perfect "so bad it's good" experience.

The Girl in the Pool tries to be a twisty suburban thriller but mostly flounders. Freddie Prinze Jr. gives it his all, but the plot feels recycled and the suspense fizzles. A few fun moments, sure - but overall, it’s more puddle than pool.
