#AdventOfCode Day 14:

Refactored a few times until what I needed to do to get part 2 to run quickly became clear... but it was very satisfying once I figured it out 🥳

#AdventOfCode update:

23 stars in! I feel like my theory is fairly solid for both Day 5 Part 2 and Day 10 Part 1, but I'm doing something wrong and I'm too stubborn to look up the solutions. I'll get there eventually 😅

Highly recommend the challenge if you haven't joined yet - it's fun!

#AdventOfCode Day 5 (update 1):

My approach in part 1 when applied to part 2 is completely untenable (I think I'm adding far too much to my starting set) - gonna have to totally rethink my approach!

But first, coffee.

I want to learn a bit more about processing images in #Python, mainly with #Numpy and #ScikitImage. I've never used either.

Is the #DataCarpentry Image Processing tutorial the best place to start?

I'm also considering some Udemy data science courses.

Any advice welcome!
