Run for tomorrow - donate.kuleuven.cloud/crowdfunding...
You may know that I am an avid runner, for >35 years. The older, the more motivated I became. Last year, I ran my first full marathon. When I crossed the finish line, I thought: "This was the toughest thing I’ve ever done (beside a PhD)."
Run for Tomorrow: Antwerpen Marathon tegen kanker
Ik ben Emeric Bomans, student in mijn tweede bachelor geneeskunde aan de KU Leuven. Kanker vormt één van de grootste uitdagingen in de geneeskunde. Maar voor mij werd deze ziekte plots ...

Sometimes, more is accomplished by taking a break, self-reflecting, and going back to the drawing board. Remember, you don’t have to do it alone. Sharing your ideas can bring clarity and support.
If your current career situation is making it tough to just get through each day, then setting goals may feel overwhelming (or ridiculous), but those goals may be critical to helping you weather the storm.

Yes!!! Needhi knew what I was talking about!
“How might the narrative about senior women be challenged or changed in order to respect these women who have achieved enough success to earn promotion? How do we stop this generational cycle so that women's wings aren't clipped as soon as they approach the power to soar.”
