@charalanahzard.bsky.social "Would" is referring to all the hands, right? I mean, come on...

Thing is, it's not unfair.

It's so refreshing to read this after seeing so much complaining about the difficulty and developer decisions that people dislike (ie. boss runbacks).
mcbrignolo.bsky.social
It's so funny to see so much complaining about "frustrating" mechanics. The diagonal jump wouldn't be controversial if that's the way it was in HK, and honestly it's quite useful. PLUS, there IS a way to do a "traditional" down jump, which apparently not enough people have found or realized.

All rise for the singing of our Sherma Chant:

@jasonschreier.bsky.social after a dozen more tries I just finally beat it and I'm literally shaking 🫨 😅 but man, is it such a good feeling to finally overcome a tough boss in these games
mcbrignolo.bsky.social
Yes, thanks, I've got the right tools for it and the patterns down but the RNG is killing me, especially when I end up in a corner.

(Sidebar: looking forward to next week's TC and hope Maddy is gonna tough it through all this!)
mcbrignolo.bsky.social
I have wasted so much time and resources on a certain chapel boss that is clearly optional but I'm too damn stubborn to give up despite feeling so close to beating it multiple times

Thank goodness - a bench.

What I assume is the "Deepnest" of Silksong evokes a similarly simultaneous feeling of "I want to keep going, everything is exciting" and "get me out of here, this place sucks!"
mcbrignolo.bsky.social
You'll be glad you did. Stick with it through the opening - some find it a little slow.
mcbrignolo.bsky.social
Seriously! I expect the next month of Triple Click to be only discussing Silksong.
mcbrignolo.bsky.social
Honestly, I just sat in this screen for a while and soaked in the beautiful score. This moment has finally come.
mcbrignolo.bsky.social
You know what else? It was in the very end of the first Silksong trailer from 6 years ago.
mcbrignolo.bsky.social
So fitting with this church/chapel/rosary theme too.

Ugh, that third trial is one of the few things I never finished in HK. Good luck!

There’s SO much stuff made elsewhere that just *won’t* or *can’t* be made here.
Physical music and books in other languages, heck, I got some Japanese music kit I’m using in a project out *just* under the wire before things fell apart utterly.
This is only going to hurt us, but that’s the point.

On Friday, the U.S. is ending its de minimis rule that made it easy for cheap goods to reach consumers. The change will affect roughly 4 million such packages processed each day.
What will the end of the 'de minimis' rule mean for U.S. consumers?

Alan Wake II was PEAK for this with the original songs. Though, I do wish they did more with the original score too. Similarly, Expedition 33 does this incredibly well.

I would LOVE if game title screens had overtures instead of just main themes, and/or if end credits had a similar suite, like the traditional Star Wars ending credits suites.
