The Peace Nobel is not about a judgement by world opinion on who deserves it.
The decision is made by the Norwegian committee alone and based on their internal deliberations.

Obama didn't ask for it and the Norwegians awarded it to him. That was it. All of it.
If you don't like it complain to them.

The Norwegians have seen it differently. It was their decision.

Obama also never asked for the Nobel Prize, nor did it harness him. Quite rightly so.

You may criticize Obama's policies to your hearts delight, but the alternative to him we are experiencing right now.
