This is guaranteed to make smoke come out of Trump's ears. The National Trust for Historic Preservation has sued Trump alleging that he can't demolish the East Wing and erect his ballroom without congressional approval. TRO hearing in DC district court next Tuesday.

It's sickening that Trump basically appears to think "Look guys, I'm tormenting brown people!" is fulfilling his campaign promises. And that there is anybody in the voting public who sees it that way.

Breaking News: The Department of Homeland Security will require tourists on visas to submit DNA to enter the United States, biometrics, and other invasive personal information.

Why ask for DNA, though? I don’t understand why anyone with a functioning brain would agree to these excessive demands.

Even with all of Trump's threats, state GOPs are starting to realize that the MAGA brand is now toxic, and that giving into the MAGA agenda will only bring their own ruin.

Trump is growing weaker by the day, as Dems put up huge gains in special elections and his polls collapse.
BREAKING:

The Indiana Senate just REJECTED the gerrymandered congressional map that Trump and his allies pressured Republicans to support.

The GOP-controlled chamber voted down the map, 31-19.

Trump’s America.

Mubashir is a 20-year-old Minneapolis resident and a U.S. citizen. ICE assaulted him and grabbed him off the street anyway.

Cruelty and incompetence, and an unlawful detention. A kidnapping. ICE gets to do this with zero accountability.

Sean Hecker, Kilmar's attorney, once hailed how much courage it took Kilmar to challenge what DOJ/DHS is doing to him. That stuck with me. Kilmar Abrego is just some guy, vulnerable in a way most of us are not.

But he has taken on Trump and ... thus far at least, prevailed.
"Today’s ruling is a powerful affirmation that the rule of law still matters," Sandoval-Moshenberg said. "The Court made … clear that the govt cannot detain a person indefinitely without legal authority, and that every agency involved must now comply fully and promptly with the Court’s directives."
Kilmar Abrego Garcia is released from ICE custody following judge's order
Judge Paula Xinis of the U.S. District Court in Maryland ruled that the Trump administration lacked the legal authority to continue holding Abrego.

This keeps the 7-2 map in place, saving two Democratic seats heading into 2026.

The vote failed big, 19/31.

The MAJORITY of the GOP senators opposed it!
