I wanna practice drawing realistic portraits in graphite. It’s honestly one of my worst spots with anatomy at the moment aside from wrists and ankles.

Trying to refinish a table in the next week or so before the hard con crunch happens.
Paint stripper was in fact the move
Left is the leaf that I’m currently removing stain only off of.
Right is the base that I removed white out and the same deep shade of stain off of in about 3 hours.

tbh imo "tag your shit properly" is a way better system than anything else social media has tried. you tagged it bad? okay now there's trouble. otherwise? nobody's gonna stumble across it accidentally. hate that people (and platforms, and payment processors) are weaponizing it against creators

The stars might align where I finally get to run dnd at my own house.
Due to size constraints if everyone is home it just doesn’t work. I assumed I’d have to wait until I moved next year but it seems on sundays when we play it’ll be open.
For prep purposes it’ll be so much nicer.

It's important to both acknowledge the deeper implications of things like a simple tos change while also not falling into ultimately unhelpful doomerism i.e changing platforms. you do the best you can and fight for better.
