Your regular reminder: higher borrowing costs don't HAVE to mean public spending cuts. The chancellor has boxed herself in by signing up to restrictive debt rules and promising no spring tax increases.

But taxing the wealthiest + borrowing responsibly would enable us to improve our public services!
