This is a misconception we've heard a few times, I'm not sure where it comes from! But Pillowfort can be used for lots of things-- a lot of people use it to post their art, but you can also use it for fandom posting, talking about hobbies, just general blogging about your life, etc!

I can't quite remember what @krveale.bsky.social told me, but I think it was something about Bluesky having some issue similar to that of Twitter or something.
Another reason I made this quote-post is that I've heard that smut artists might get kicked off Bluesky next month.
