Gerard Collin's "The hush sisters" is on my list, after reading his earlier novel, "Finton Moon". It's not fast paced storytelling, but the writing is stunning, the characters are complex, and there are enough elements of Newfoundland/ Gothic fantasy woven into the plot to keep you guessing.

I sprouted my first basil seeds and beans, planted them in their itty bitty pots, and now obsessively watching the leaves grow and waiting for the day I get to plant them in the soil! After 2 summers of failing due to just throwing them in the dirt and tending weeds, thinking they were lettuce.

BBC just released damning research on AI assistants' news accuracy.

Results: 51% of AI responses had significant issues. 19% introduced errors when citing BBC. 13% misquoted or made up BBC content entirely. 🤐🤐

Same stage atm. I've cut coffee and sugar, increased exercise, reduced non-work screens, just to get the anxiety under control... ALL THE THINGS THEY SAY TO DO, and it's not enough. One branch at a time. Just focus on the next branch.
