In a precursor to the 2010 world cup final, when Holland smashed Spain to bits, here they are back in 2002 practising against Italy. 3 injuries and 6 yellow cards. Lovely stuff. Worked mind, Italy were 4-1 up at half time before they got scared.

After a draw and a loss (tough fixtures) we seem to settle. Git some ace players in, and moved out people who don't want to be here for a good profit. Old tactic, but seems to be doing well, apart from shipping goals.

I'll start Jan with a new save with Leicester, hopefully not to replicate real life. It almost feels like cheating with V2, but not many of them are interested at the minute.

Tablet threw a wobbly, so I had to reset and lost my Carlise save. Hey ho, on to the next save, I will keep you posted....

@cm9798editor.bsky.social how does the reputation work? Is it based on manager reputation, and only updated each season? Premier league winners, FA Cup winners, UEFA Cup winners, League Cup winners....... yet he thinks we are a small club.

Managed to get rid of some deadwood, Duff wanted to move to a bigger club, as did Drogba. Still, some solid signings came on. Lamport was put up for loan by Liverpool..... and now Gerrard finally available.

So, update on Prem season 2. Opening day defeat to newly promoted Forest, so switched tactic and record now stands at W12 D2 L0. Everything seems to click in this new formation.
