A Kavanaugh stop is not a “brief encounter”; it is Supreme Court sanctioned racial profiling being abused with impunity by ICE.
What’s puzzling is that he appears to be reading mostly from the teleprompter. Someone wrote those words. Almost all of them.

The child and parents are US citizens, but that doesn't even matter.
These monsters pepper-sprayed a baby.
