flying over Philadelphia and wanted to say something funny about the Phillies and Dodgers and how I was watching it live but the I remembered they’re playing in LA tonight

there’s a small dog sitting on the lap of the lady in front of me on this plane. Calm, sweet little curly-haired blob (a mini poodle, maybe) who keeps looking between the seat and the wall back at me 🥰

On a more neutral note, the AL teams left in the hunt are the Tigers, Mariners, and Blue Jays which means either way, someone who never wins much is going to the World Series.
