I think the most challenging thing so far about doing my own custom patterns is constantly second-guessing my color choices. I've already swapped out a few colors after seeing the way they hit the canvas - but I hope I'm not just creating more problems later by doing so 😬

My husband bought me a book nook as a Christmas present (which he is assembling for me also) and it's crazy detailed! Last night, he built a table that folds out and reveals a trio of tarot cards! Plus it has a tea kettle floating over it! 😍 And all of this fits in the palm of his hand!

Asked someone with more computer know-how than me to help me troubleshoot my latest rash of random crashes, and they were able to identify me as a former IT support employee. I guess once you know how to document troubleshooting, you never forget XD

We watched K-pop Demon Hunters this weekend and both my husband and I really enjoyed it. I am now totally obsessed with the soundtrack and listening to parts of it on endless repeat :3

Really not a fan of this new trend where games get released unfinished and devs expect you to re-do dozens of hours of gameplay in order to fix their mistakes. It's especially egregious if said game spent a year and a half in early access and *still* wasn't finished on actual release -.-

One of my biggest pet peeves is when a story tries to make the main characters look smart by making all of the other characters surrounding them dumb as posts. For a character to feel truly clever, they need to be matched with a worthy rival.
