I attended the hearings (L.Patrick Gray was the witness) and wow, with “Do me a favor though” and Jan. 6? Merely breaking in to the Democratic headquarters in the Watergate building seems child’s-play.

In a capitalist system, the government exists to PREVENT monopolies, ensure social supports that cannot be met by markets (eg, health care is not supposed to BE a market) and protect those who cannot work (children, the elderly). Most of all, govt. creates a DEFENSE! Using socialistic taxation.
