As someone with a 3090 I can’t honestly say I’ve had meaningful gains in performance ever since they introduced personalized avatar limiters tbh cuz I only show friend avatars anyway

Apple experimented on an 8th gen iPod classic with an A19 SoC, flash storage, and two-tone casing, however it was cancelled after an engineer made an offhand comment about how ugly the design looked.

The design was later reused for the iPhone 17 Pro.

new theory: in early august i bonked my head something fucking fierce into a door frame. i saw stars and got knocked onto my knees. had a hell of a bump after.

like, i have this little... dizziness? not enough to lose balance etc, just... tiny wobbly feel when im still. and apparently tons of people, especially with anxiety, get this too? and im just like... oh, is this just a thing i have now? is being an adult is being a little dizzy all the time? cool

so i kinda fell down a rabbithole of wanting to do long form blog posting like in the good ol days but not wanting something overly complicated or annoying and at first I didnt want self hosted because then i might as well make the whole damn thing myself and--

it occurs to me i could extrapolate this to be used for guest books as well, honestly, but the issue is each entry is an html file loaded dynamically into a single php include that just switches based on whatever its being called, idk that works fine for a blog maybe not so much a forum/guestbook

the culmination was ending up in a 4ch instance where some dude who was tripping on what little power moderating a vrg instance could give him asking me if i knew what an imageboard was and to say the n-word or get kicked, when im pretty sure i was browsing while he was still shitting his diapers
