Also one last point that grinds my gears:

We complained all PS4/XB1 generation going "god I wish this game was on PC"

So then Sony and Microsoft went "ok we'll put them on PC a year after they release on console"

Now mfs go "lmao no games"

Like, do you want console exclusivity or not? Ugh.

Also, I don't see the "but this game is on PC too" as a good argument for "no games".

I know many people who refuse to play PC for the upfront cost and whatever arbitrary bullshit reason they wanna give.

Now, do we need a PS6 or next Xbox? Hell the fuck no we don't. PS4 is still going, so....

But be real. Have you seen the games normies play? They could give a rats ass about meaningful exclusives or games with actual artistic integrity and value.

As long as they have live service slop with cross play, why do they care?

Really funny how a few hours after posting this, I immediately went to the arcade after work to go play Gitadora.

The fact that Gitadora / GuitarFreaks outlived both Rock Band and Guitar Hero is genuinely hilarious if you think about it.

Guitadora dropped a new game this year. Meanwhile, Guitar Hero died to a shitty reboot and Rock Band got replaced by Fortnite Festival.

Absolutely diabolical.

Disbanding lobbies has been the norm for many multiplayer games since like 2018/2019.

With that said, yeah. I don't see the point of disbanding lobbies in a game like this other than to make higher rank lobbies easier to find.
