They must be confronted about their wrong doing. You can’t just say they have done this or that. Confront them and tell them what they are doing is illegal and will be dealt with. Don’t let them get away with it, call them out and be firm

Singling out a certain group of people to get the vaccine and leaving another group out is a big red flag to me. I did get the shot but now my husband and I won’t be getting it this year. We will take our own precautions when going out.
