I'm in the phase right now where I realize, it takes a long time to create something. It takes so much effort to create and make something and by the time you're exhausted and almost done with it, you feel like it's no longer very good sometimes. But you still made it.

Today marks the 40th anniversary of the 7th episode of Dirty Pair, "愛こそすべて命賭けます逃避行!!" or "Love Is Everything, Betting Their Lives on Elopement", one of the most overtly trans-positive episodes of anime of its era. This was the future they predicted for us in 1985. We can still get there.

An 8 panel comic to celebrate my birthday this year, which is a sequel to a comic I made for my birthday last year.

In the original, Satori surprises Orin with a fumo of herself. This was to celebrate me getting my first fumos a few days before.

In this one, Satori is busy working at her desk when she hears the doorbell. Orin comes zooming past past her, making her dizzy. Orin looks happy as she walks back to her room with a box. Satori peeks through the door to find Orin has ordered yet another fumo, this time an Orin fumo, to add to an ever growing collection where fumos are filling the room. Satori doesn't look amused as it seems she never knew it would grow into such an obsession!

Because of their numerous offspring, #frogs were considered a symbol of fertility.
