My car has been paid off for 4 years now. It was first time in my life that I didn't have a car payment. Typically, when it got got time to pay it off, I just went out and found a bright and shiny new one. Just paid off Steven's car. It's such a good feeling for neither of us to have a car payment.

Go watch They Called Him Mostly Harmless on HBO, a documentary about a hiker found dead on the Appalachian trail It’s riveting and does not end like you think it will. Some of the people interviewed are a bit much, as crime sleuths can be a lot, but don’t miss this one.

Today marks 7 years cancer free. I still feel the effects, still stress and worry about it coming back, still check my throat all the time for lumps. Not sure any of that will change. Pay very close attention to your body and be your own health advocate, because doctors can miss things.

Hubby was made VP of his company today. It's been many years in the making. He's put in so much work, long hours and weeks and weeks away from home to make this happen. So happy and proud of him.

I laugh at this because when walking through Disneyland Mainstreet, my eyes are always cast downward when walking in the street. The number of times I'm not paying attention and Steven yells, "Tracks!" is hilarious. But to try and blame Disney? People just looking for a cashout.

We did a rate/term refinance last Saturday to get our interest rate a point lower (hey anything helps) and what often can happen is a small amount of cash back. Well, the title company sent the wire to us twice, yet they say they didn't and aren't convinced. So I proved it to them.

I like the fantasy colors of the WDW castle. Grey and light blue makes it feel like its trying to look like a real castle which it's not, and it's dull. The pink and vibrant blue makes me think of Fantasy, which it is.

Heard an amazing jazz/blues song with this beautiful melody and husky sultry voice. Went down a rabbit hole only to find that it’s about 99% sure completely AI. When you can find little to nothing about the group, weekly songs and AI videos. Fuck! It was good too….

We had a visitor this morning. He hangs out in our neighborhood and this is how he gets around. Our friend and neighbor across the street, has him hanging out in his back yard sunning himself, taking naps all the time. He's the only house without a dog, so it makes sense.
