This week, rent stabilized tenants in Kingston won a HISTORIC court case which affirmed their right to a 15% rent reduction. This is the FIRST rent reduction anywhere in the country and sets a precedent for what is possible throughout NY! www.timesunion.com/hudsonvalley...

Last night, after hearing moving public comment from Kingston workers and tenants calling for solutions to the housing crisis, the Kingston Common Council unanimously passed resolutions in support of Green Social Housing (PASHNY) and Rent Stabilization (REST)!

This May Day, we hit the streets of Newburgh with Amazon workers, farmworkers, postal workers, teachers, and immigrant organizers, all rising up for justice on the job and in our communities.
