Militsa has already published findings from her dissertation on the use of process data to measure and model test-taking effort in Practical Assessment, Research, and Evaluation Journal., and a second paper will soon appear in the Journal of Applied Testing Technology.

15 years ago Cornell started publishing median grades in the course next to the grade students earned. It was intended to combat grade inflation as well as help contextualize grades. Well, that backfired..students just started taking classes with higher median grades.
