Any artists with drastically different art styles? My followers tend to like the more cutesy style but I prefer making ‘darker’ tattoo flash based art.

How do you like kofi for the monthly membership stuff? Patreon keeps changing how they do things but I saw kofi was changing their fees :(

Anyone else in a funk they just can’t seem to kick? Between low sales & hemorrhaging followers any time I post art - it’s actually starting to get to me mentally.

Decided to scale back on making merch & instead repurpose some old linocut blocks & scrap paper. Maybe something fun will come out of it

Got loads of this beautiful hand dyed Japanese washi paper that made me think of spring flowers (last photo) - but I’m torn on how to approach my block print.

One highlights the paper but the other colors the florals nicely. Thoughts?

That’s so smart I will try to do that and have other eyes on it!

And thank you! I felt like I worked around it ok with paintings because I made notes of which color is which and what blends ok with another - but this is a new medium and it doesn’t mix the same as paint so it had me soooo confused!

This is the same ink, at full saturation for the lines and then mixed with white for the background - seems to lean more blue so I was hoping maybeeeee it would work?

only have 4 ink colors so my options are limited ha ha.
