Actually, I also named Lena's workplace, The Kraken's Cup, but it was because they had few customers and no repeats. They went out of business. They weren't nice to Lena. And they were all atmosphere with no substance.

Yesterday, I couldn't get the cords out from underneath the bed in a discharge room, so I asked a girl in nursing to help me. She giggled. All she had to do was raise the headrest by itself.

I'm definitely putting any adverse behavior I receive from nursing just because I'm a housekeeper explicitly in my memoir. When housekeepers are lazy in a hospital, they get inspected and eventually fired. (Unfortunately, they don't in nursing homes.) That is not the case for nursing.
