Y’day, eating disorder charity Beat told me calorie labelling on menus should be scrapped after new research from Liverpool Uni showed the policy made no difference to how many calories people ate.

It is damaging for people recovering from eating disorders though.

Google's chatbot has told a user they are "a burden on society" and to ""Please die. Please."

I spoke to the @mollyroseorg.bsky.social and @andyburrows.bsky.social told us they "are increasingly concerned about some of the chilling output coming from chatbots."

Liverpool's Face Lab is extraordinary.

As well as recreating things like Richard III's voice (w. a Northern accent 💪), they recreate the faces of migrants who died crossing oceans so their communities can identify them.
