While researching other alternatives to Inkarnate (prior to their anti-AI policy announcement), I was reminded of Canvas of Kings. If you want to create wonderful scenes that have life in them and stick close to hand-drawn work, this is the tool for you.

...Object areas are placed randomly along the segments, varying in type, rotation, and displacement. Only segments within the plot are taken into account. Finally, buildings and other objects are placed based on the areas.

It starts by generating random points using Poisson disc sampling. This is followed by Delaunay triangulation. This is also varied in that random points are not taken into account. Connecting the centers of the circumcircles produces the Voronoi diagram...
