You came flying in here saying my post has nothing to do with Liberals, the party making the cuts and actively working against workers and unions. I’m not interested in arguing with your moving goal posts.

For public infrastructure and services, can we start talking about how to design them to do what we need, what they can enable, how they can save households and the private sector money and create a level playing field ... instead of treating them like businesses (which they are not!)

The government is reducing service standards and Canada Post’s biggest advantage: its nationwide network.

This plan is about cutting back the postal service instead of investing to give it new revenue tools through things like postal banking. It’s shameful.

lol backtrack now. He is cutting essential services to the most marginalized people and cutting good union jobs, while knowing he’s pushing consumers to use Purolator and others as our public workers strike for their jobs. You obviously can’t be unbiased in this so I can’t be bothered to argue.

My dude, they are ending door to door delivery. The very thing they said they were going to stop Harper from doing.
mikgal1.bsky.social
Did you read the tweet? lol Liberals followed through with Harper’s plan to cut door to door delivery and pushing privatization through Purolator.

Canada Post is uniquely positioned to be the vector for both high speed rail, and taking couriered delivery service out of the hands of companies like Amazon. But instead the capitalist cowards in charge are cutting it and screwing us all.

Liberal, Tory same old story. Profits over people, always.
