When we fight to #decriminalizementalillness these horrific harms (torture, starvation) are part of why we need to remove law enforcement (+jails prisons) from the equation. Miles was killed by police bullets when he needed care. Is this the "care" he would have received if he'd lived? 💔 NO!

We remember Miles EVERY day as he inspires everything we do to decriminalize and destigmatize mental illness and end police harm.

The House ethics committee doesn't need to "leak" the Gaetz report. Nothing is stopping any member of that committee from invoking parliamentary privilege to read the full report into the Congressional Record.
