My immediate family in a nutshell and what I went through behind closed doors for many years and only realised what was happening in 2024 at 31/2 years of age🫠

In toxic and dysfunctional families, you're not allowed to discuss your feelings, talk about issues or concerns, or hold anyone accountable. Don't get this wrong. The TOXIC members can say what they want, tell you what they think and feel, speak their mind, take their anger out on you, and try to hold you accountable for everything, including things that aren't even your fault, but there are double standards for you. You will be given orders to STFU or else, dismissed, ignored, invalidated, minimized, and be told to move on, quit bringing it up, or to let it go, even when there's been no closure, no apologies, no accountability, and no change in their behavior. This is manipulation at its finest, and yes, it's emotional abuse.

Stuff like THIS is reason I went to to the GP to get my mood stabilisers back despite them doing a referral letter in NOV 2024 and nothing happened cos ofc only psychiatrists can prescribe a mood stabiliser cos I’ve had such a break cos my new GP surgery has made every single med an issue!

Got word today that my #PIP claim was rejected at mandatory consideration stage.

I will now have to go to tribunal.

I applied in October 2024 for context.

I was expecting it as having #invisibleillnesses mean nothing to DWP.

Even terminally ill people struggle to get it tbf ig #disability
