I know that i had planned to go to see the gardens in the fall, but now I won't. Thus, i suppose multiply me by the hundreds of thousands. I also see lots more IL plates at Wisconsin parks & events.

What a complete waste of resources. Wisconsin already requires citizenship for a driver's, which is a dorm of ID used when we vote. Why then not simply require non driver's to get a state ID that has verified citizenship & present that when you vote.
