This I made up on the fly. It's standard buttermilk biscuit recipe, half rye flour with Molasses and Caraway Seed added in.

Simple meals are often the best - Like this spatchcocked roast chicken, purple sweet potato mash, and green beans.

All this was done in the oven in a little over an hour.
