Our new analysis of American Housing Survey data finds that real costs of housing for #homeowners with mortgages grew by 1.6% from 2021 to 2023. While average mortgage costs were largely flat, housing costs grew 14.1% for recent movers. Read more: https://bit.ly/3IgMDe8
