Unregulated pregnancy clinics (UPCs), aka crisis pregnancy centers, are largely religious nonprofits that pose as health clinics while operating free of the health, safety, licensing, and patient privacy standards that govern Planned Parenthood health centers and other medical offices.
You don’t have to be trans or even know someone who is to care about trans rights. Standing up for the trans community helps to protect all of us, because when one group’s rights are under attack, it sets a dangerous precedent that puts all of our freedoms at risk.
