the fastest way to kill motivation is to make your identity depend on the outcome. it's called ego involvement. when failing becomes failing as a person, your brain starts avoiding the whole thing. not because you don't care, but because you care too much.

you don't need lower standards. you need less self-worth tangled up in your goals. the work gets easier when it's not about proving who you are.

Ich hatte vor ein paar Tagen so ne Anzeige auf Insta in den Stories für farbige Kontaktlinsen, die die Augen kleiner machen (also mit weißem Ring, die den äußersten Teil der Iris abdecken) und jetzt finde ich die nicht wieder, weiß da wer was? 😭

Ein klassisches 8-teiliges TTRPG-Würfelset in tiefem Blau mit Glitzer und weißen Wirbeln im Inneren.

Auf dem Bild liegen alle Würfel mit der höchsten Seite nach oben und sind um den D20 herum angeordnet.

Das Set besteht aus D4 Shard, D4 Pyramide, D6, D8, D10, D00, D12 und D20. Die Nummern sind in einem Tinplate bemalt.

Hab mich heute um 8 Uhr zum Yoga geschleppt und das war nach zwei Wochen größtenteils nur rumliegen echt gut.
