A2: #tlap When possible, the student choice gives the students some of the ownership they need. It’s been a challenge with a more strict curriculum this year to imbed it, unfortunately.

A4: #tlap There is more testing on the horizon. Once that ends, teaching the fun stuff that disappears because test scores are the ultimate focus.

A3: #tlap Our students generally do their best on a test that is designed for them to fail. They’ve grown this year and that’s what should be celebrated. For the really challenging people, invite them to take a practice test.
