Sherry Week continues, a Palo Cortado from Bodegas Lustau with a Tapas style spread.
Palo Cortado sits somewhere between Amontillado and Oloroso in style, a bit more salty, dry but rich and nutty, tangy acidity, and this one has some tongue drying astringency.
