When I put a decent bit of importance on how my brain feels about things, I'm learning I really shouldn't be drinking on weekdays because the next day is usually bad for my mental health. Didn't even finish one tallboy but I had a headache and was cranky all damn day...

It's nice prioritizing my own cooking over going out these days though. I still get lil treats here and there but the brunt of what I do is from my own kitchen again which feels much better. Could be cheaper too but I haven't been meticulous on the budget there
