After Trump's announcement about tylenol and autism, the NYT assembled a panel of experts, including an autistic person and a parent or an autistic person, to assess and debunk the claims.

It's a good model. I'd like to see them use it more often on more topics.

Currently wish there was a nation-wide campaign to saturate Labor caucus with intense pressure to stand and call for the safe passage of the Australian citizens in the Flotilla.

There was exceptional community organising in the US to fight off Trvmp’s reelection after his first term. Resources, campaigns, precedents. Very dense at grassroots level. And easy to engage with, opt for 3 or 6 5-minute actions a week, for example. It was built to scale up easily.
